This inhaler offers great support for the respiratory system. I have found it to be helpful for the symptoms of seasonal allergies, for congestion, symptoms of cold and flu, and for a general respiratory “reset.” Some report it soothes a sore throat as well. Inhale morning and night and throughout the day as needed.

Directions: Unscrew top and insert inhaler into one nostril. Take a good long inhale and be sure to exhale fully. Repeat with the other nostril. Can also be used orally.
