Helichrysum Hydrosol
Helichrysum Hydrosol
4 ounces of homegrown helichrysum hydrosol in a glass spray bottle.
What is left after distillation is a clear liquid, a hydrosol, with a subtle aroma. In addition to the particular healing components of the individual plant, hydrosols have many general uses: they are great to spray in any room or on your linens, or use in the laundry; they tone and hydrate the skin as a spray after washing the face, or to activate clay to make a facial mask; they are soothing on a sunburn, rash, or boo boo; they’re great in a diffuser for adding subtle aroma; they are edible and can be added to seltzer or tea for added flavor. I love helichrysum, in particular, because of its natural calming effect – it helps calm the mind and it helps calm the skin as well. Helichrysum can also help with inflammation and support scar healing. I love its earthy, honeyed scent. My house plants love when I diffuse helichrysum hydrosol near them. I also keep a small spray bottle in the fridge for a cooling and relaxing facial spritz.
This helichrysum hydrosol was distilled from the leaves of five plants harvested in November, 2025.
Ingredients: helichrysum italicum leaves, water
