The mellow, smooth floral aroma of Helichrysum along with its many other benefits which include analgesic, antispasmodic and bruise prevention, make it one of my favorite essential oils to blend with. In this blend it works well with the Blue Tansy to soothe muscle pain, joint pain, swelling and inflammation.
