Seven: A Life Well-Lived

May 15, 2026 Linda Sanchez

Seven, February 2026, with a calendula petal on her sweet little nose.

(December 2010 - May 2026)

What a blessing to have shared our lives with this wee beastie. the love of my life. Seven had the sweetest, calmest, most-easy going Presence. She played hard and she rested deeply and she taught us to do the same. She helped us feel happy and grateful every day of her life. Seven and I were such great companions - we both loved long walks on the beach, cheese, naps, snuggling, James, playing in the snow, forest adventures, and more snuggling.

Big Love to Seven's foster mom, Susan Shiflet Fortin, who cared for her (and SO many others, including Linus) with such tender care in Tennessee until she was ready for transport to MA. Big gratitude to KEG'sters West TN Dog Rescue for saving her and countless other precious beasties.

Not sure how we we live without her now, but I know we'll figure it out.
