Our friend, Adaela McLaughlin, is planting an AMAZING pollinator garden in our front yard. She is using an abundant variety of native New England species that will provide homes and food for our bee, butterfly, dragonfly and hummingbird brothers and sisters. Everyday the garden looks more lush and alive and I am literally IN LOVE with the wildflowers that are showing their beautiful faces.
In the backyard, we are busy too! James and I are planting tomatoes and cucumbers, lettuce and spinach and carrots and more! Much of it we started from seed. You can see the video from early March here.
I am also growing a few perennial flower shrubs and some container annuals.
I plan to post videos and photos as the days go on of our amazing gardens in the front and back yard. Here is today’s video.
